GIFgram respects your concerns about privacy. In order to make your “gift-package” shipment experiences fun, enjoyable and more fulfilling you, will be sharing some information with us when using the GIFgram services, products, or GIFgram mobile application (“App”) (collectively, “Services”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) was written to help with the understanding about how we collect, use and store your information. This Policy also describes the measures we take to safeguard the personal information.

Technology and privacy laws change regularly, and as a result, we may occasionally update this Policy. When you enable and use our services, we collect the information that you provide when you sign up for an account, use GIFgram services as a guest user, create or share content, and message or communicate with others. The information that we collect can contain the content you provide (like metadata), such as details related to file management or details related to photographs and videos, sometimes referred to as metadata. We also use content that is processed through our features, such as our microphone, voice recorder and camera to provide the proper tutorial guidance during your GIFgram journey. Additional information may include shipping information, information that enables us to verify an individual’s identity, information that enables us to verify an individual’s location, payment information and other personal information that may be provided to us to obtain a GIFgram product or service.

• Networks and connections

We may collect personal information that identifies you, such as name, postal address, telephone number, purchase and shipping history. Connections such as groups, companies, people, shipments, pages and people may be collected to provide details about how you interact with those networks across our services. We also help you complete your desired action using information collected from device-based actions such as imports or uploads from a device (examples include video content or contacts).

• Your usage activity

The information that we collect will be about your activity through our service, such as the features you access and use; the types of content you create, upload, view or engage with; the actions you make; the people that you exchange content with or accounts you interact with; and the time, frequency and duration of your activities. We also collect information about how you use features like our services you use and purchase, our camera, shipment logistics, shipment transit data and how you communicate with others.

We collect content you compose on our services. The information can include such data as tags, and information about the content that you craft or the content that you provide, such as responses to actions, confirmation receipts flags relating to the content exchanged and the metadata that accompanies the content.

We may collect information about you from third parties, GIFgram users, our partners or our affiliates. Information from others may be collected and analyzed to facilitate the sought-after expectations of the user. This can include information about you such as when others make purchases for you, logistical data regarding you, information from email or messaging platforms and when others send messages to you.

You also provide us whatever information you send through our services. Be mindful that the users who view your personalized content can capture, save that content or copy it with tools outside of the app. As a result, act with good judgement when composing messages that you choose to exchange.
